| 23 NOV 2012 - TP RMT HOMECOMING TO 1ST AVENUE! |
When I first received the invitation for the homecoming event, I was pondering whether to attend. Cos it has been 2 years since I left TP and many things have changed too. Some lecturers have left and 1st Avenue has undergone renovation.
In the end, I chose to go back cos I miss TP and the lecturers!

OCBC banking service is excellent!
Called me on last friday to deactivate my card because of unauthorised transactions via paypal. Said about 3-4 working days i will receive my card. Called my constantly to update on transaction status and card status. Transactions have been cancelled and $$$ refunded. Also, I received my replacement card today. =)

celebrated gina birthday at Doodle with buddies and her bf! have a great time eating pasta, ice cream with waffles and talking about secondary school life and etc. It always feel so good to gather for a meal!

my kor, colin brought me, john and ervin to his temple in punggol. when i first reached there, i thought it was a church or a modern building. at first look, you will never think that it is a temple.
the place is peaceful and modern. i love the 3rd floor as it is conducive for studying the food at the cafe are yummy. will go there again soon. =)

gotten on hand my new toy! SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II LTE @ $998.
a pretty good device with many new features like air view, viewing video while doing other stuff and many more. the S pen can do many drawings and notes. also, while playing game in horizontal view, the grip is good, the sensitivity of the phone is excellent and it seems like holding a touchscreen PSP to play my games.

result of my 5th treatment with abstrim men. quite happy with result. my tummy is flatten. =)
mass from 69.9kg to 66.8kg
muscle mass from 31.2kg to 31.4kg
body fat mass from 14.4kg to 11.4kg
body fat % from 20.6% to 17.0%
need lose 1.3kg more fat mass and gain 1.8kg muscle mass
promising result. will work hard to see more improvements.
was walking down the street on Orchard Road on a sunday evening. the road seems relatively peaceful as many people would have gone home to rest for work or school on the next day. it is not like the busy Orchard Road that we normally see.

went bake & brew with poly clique for late lunch. a nice cosy cafe and the food was great. however, i find it a bit pricey.
i shldn't elaborate more. enjoy the food pictures below.
in the evening, had dinner at saveur with jess, ervin and ernest. i love french cuisine and the food was great. the price is reasonable and affordable. less than $12 for most items.
i like the most is the duck. (middle picture)
